The tanks are 100% welded by TIG. Precision TIG welds are stronger than brazing or crimping, for a radiator that lasts a lifetime.
The core of the radiator is welded in vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy.
High efficiency brazed aluminum cores, significant increase in fluid capacity.

All radiators passed 2 times leakage test, 100% check.
